Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! If you pay annually, you get 13 months for the price of 12. Homeowners who order multiple designs at the same time also receive a 10% discount.
Q: What’s included in the Flexible Plan?
A: This plan includes a $99/year membership and pay-per-design pricing at $700 per project. You can upgrade to a subscription at any time, and we’ll credit your $99 toward the first month.
Q: How do I update my billing or profile information?
A: Just log into your account to update your billing, contact info, or subscription preferences.
Q: How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Q: How many revisions are included?
A: All plans include at least one revision per design. The Los Cabo Plan includes two. Extra revisions are available for purchase if needed.
Q: Can I request extra revisions?

Q: What’s included in the design packet?
A: Each design packet includes 2D and 3D images, a materials list with plants and hardscape elements, and a PDF document ready to share with clients or contractors.
Q: What happens if I don’t use all my monthly designs?
A: Designs included in your subscription do not roll over. To stay on schedule, we recommend submitting your projects each month—even if they’re simple.
Q: Can I submit multiple designs at once?
A: Yes. You can submit more than one design at a time depending on your plan. We’ll stagger them through the review process and confirm estimated delivery dates.
Q: Can I request a faster turnaround time?

Q: What if my project is larger than 9,000 square feet?

Q: Can I get a video walk-through of my design?
A: Yes! We offer video walk-throughs as an optional add-on. Let us know if you’d like to include one with your project.
Q: Can I use OAG designs for my marketing?
A: Yes! Once you receive your design, you’re free to use the 3D visuals and PDFs in your sales presentations, proposals, website, or social media.
Q: Do you design commercial properties?

Q: Can you include existing landscaping in my design?
A: Yes! Just let us know in your questionnaire, and we’ll preserve existing plants or structures in your new layout.
Q: Do you serve clients outside the U.S.?
